The Professional Centre at South Point (TPC) is located in the heart of South Surrey. Completed in 2021, TPC features a mix of high-end retail and office space as the cornerstone development in one of the fastest growing areas in all of Surrey, and is close to major transportation routes, accessible to large employment pools and access to a range of amenities – either on-site or within walking distance. Landscape design by PMG included an outdoor daycare space, restaurant patio and considerate implementation of trees and planting in the parking field to meet BC Hydro’s ROW guidelines.
