A renovation of an existing shopping centre built in 1981, Deerfoot City Mall is designed as a ‘vibrant, open-air shopping, dining and social destination’. PMG collaborated with Shape Properties and their consultant team to create an energetic commercial development showcasing modern architecture and landscape development built around a central, revitalized Food Lodge amenity and activity area.
Completion: Phase 1, completed 2016. Currently in development.
